Our clients are assigned a primary, dedicated bookkeeper that will be responsible for handling their books. This gives our bookkeepers a chance to develop a relationship with you, work out how you like things to be communicated to you and what working pattern you have so that they can dovetail in with you. In the early stages you may also be assigned a senior bookkeeper who will help tidy up things that aren’t in the right place, potentially setup new software, setup new processes and get things on the right track. When your primary bookkeeper is away you will have a secondary bookkeeper supporting you if your business operations need it. They will have a client manual to refer to that the primary bookkeeper will have written for this purpose.
